Title: HA effect on throwing WPF reqs

Can any devs or experienced players comment on this?

I'm thinking about picking up some HA skill as I do throw a fair amount from horseback.  I vaguely recall that HA INCREASES the WPF requirement per PT point?

Is this true?
Does it affect you on ground as well?

I have 5 PT, 100WPF
If I wear
Nordic Huscarl Helm
Banded Armor
Mail Mittens (but could use leather)
Mail Chausses

If I add ANY or up to 3 HA skill, Will I still be able to use PT4 weapons?

Everything will be fine if you get 3 HA. I don't think HA affects your WPF--it just makes ranged from horseback more accurate.

I have been a horse thrower for 11 gens ;) I currently got ha 3, when I hit lvl 33 (17mil away) I will up that to ha 4 :P Definately worth it :) Accuracy increase at speed is extremely useful. However you cannot play an effective horse thrower in all that armour. I got pt 5 and use 2 sets of javelins, go down to medium armour, maybe even the lightest chain and take off that helm. I go helmetless as it has the greatest affect on wpf.
