Title: Crosshairs on snow maps
Post by: Aseldo on March 27, 2012, 04:08:47 am
Does anyone else find it hard as hell to tell where your crosshairs are on snow maps? I swear they blend right in with the snow. Any different color crosshairs like green?

How can you not see it.

You blind?

(click to show/hide)

Its yellow, does not blend with the snow, unless you have yellow snow.

i can make you crosshair that has penises instead of those dots, you can even choose caucasian, friend(works best in snow) or asian(for pro archers only)

I have a big problem with the crosshair on snow maps, I'm sure there is a mod out there for a better crosshair though I can only seem to find them in white.

theres at least one alternative crosshair mod for Warband that is useable in cRPG.  It may be color changing feature, search for it

This is the current one I have and the only one I managed to find: http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=1546 It's still white and even harder to see in snow or in the sun

I will search for a color changing one however and post it here if I find it!

Total score of 10. I am not color blind.

The crosshair still becomes invisible on snow maps.  :!:

Hmm, my crosshair changes to orange in snow. I forget what mod I use, but it is very clean looking.

I have a COMPLETELY vanilla Warband install via steam, other than cRPG, and it always changes to orange on snow maps.  Does it on native as well.

That's the reverse color blind test. People with ordinary vision won't be able to read it.
