well i was playing on EU 1 as HA and when i was the last man alive on mye team. he Made a poll to kick me even though i was fighting and the flags where up so i would lose anyway.......no reason kick http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198025426700/screenshot/541797088054386700

Hardly fighting when all you were doing was riding away from us and shooting at a distance. But I suppose that is what HA's do.

well i was finding more ammo and i was fighting so its no reason to poll. even if i where shooting from the other side of the map... i am still fighting

You must be able to understand why he did it though? It wasn't the right thing to do but it is incredibly annoying have a 9 on 1 fight at the end of the round vs a HA who only runs and guns.
If he had poll banned you then I would have agreed that he should have been banned but all it was was a kick. I think an apology from him would suffice. That's just my opinion of course.

I wouldnt ban someone for making a kick poll.
HA is a playstyle and as many players find it annoying they have to find some medium ground between playing their class and not pissing everyone off.
If enough people are annoyed then the kick vote will go thru.
I would suggest if you're last man as HA and are pretty sure you cant win then go into melee or something. Entirely your choice, just a suggestion.
