I just found out one of my balls is smaller than the other

Fill a syringe with air and inject it into your smaller ball. It's what plastic surgeons do all the time and it's perfectly safe. You can even do it at home. Try it out.

But if you accidentally inject it into your bloodstream I think you can die.

If you feel the bigger ball has a lump then get it checked out, otherwise it's all good.

Maybe see it the other way round "YES, ONE OF MY balls is bigger than the OTHER!!! YAY!!" and be happy?
