Title: how to spend points

i am lvl 30 and got 21/15  also i have 2 skill points and 2 atribute points and i got no idea how to spend them. 
P.S. i am lancer  7 IF  7 PS 5 riding 4 WM

One more point in WM, attribute points to skillpoints, all into throwing and power throw, have fun using war darts or throwing hammers on horseback  :lol:

could be puutie shield lance cav, or pump 5 athletics +1 wm.  heavy lance doubles as a badass pike, actually

Grind to 31 then up your agi to 18 and get more riding and if.
