Title: Cant log onto Crpg character creation page

Hey i recently changed my name from Amender to Risen_Amender and the change worked and i can play my character online with the new name and the same characteristics as the other. But i cannot log onto the crpg website, when i try to it says that my name does not exist and that i need to register. please help me.

You have to use your new name Risen_Amendor to log on and the old password!

Also, sometimes there is the issue where, after a namechange, it says you can't log into your old account name - just try again. (But beware the IP ban after 5 failed login attempts!)

PLZ help, I asked for a name change yesterday. And today when i woke up, i could not access any of my alts or my main, or my main to my new name, none of them are excepting passwords and i cant clean any passwords because i cant access any of my character pages.

Also trying to log in under my second CD key and that character isnt working. Everytime i try and log in, with any character it says "Kryser_The_Operative does not exist - please register" even if its a different CD key.

PLZ HELP!!!!

Try to create a new char, then change password for all.

Or maybe the problem is that you have 2 cd-key with same ip.

I tried your idea, twice, and it doesnt work. I can level my character after the name change in game, but i have no way to repair my equipment, and i also cant participate in strategus when that gets fixed.....

I really need admin help with this. Plz reset my passwords for my character DL_Kryser, and my alt vashshadow, and my alt for my little brother KkasperG

Damn :( i have finaly logged in but im banned from all the EU servers, i think it has done an IP ban like you said, i was not aware of this. Is there any way i can get unbanned from my IP ?

Im not sure, but I might have forgot to create a password for my name change "Name" before the change took place, still able to play. just can't log in and repair equipment. PLZ HELP

You don't have to create a password when changing name, the PW of your new char is the same as PW of the old.

But it's strange, if you create a new char, and apply for a PW reset with "If you tick this, you reset the passwords of all your chars, not only this one. " ticked, then you should acces to all your char with this new PW.

Thats my problem, i cant access any alt's or nothing. This sucks, im on the NA server right now with only 2 cracked swords left and 1 pair of boots. :(

I tried that yesturday, but none of the new accounts even register. I tried to make 2 new characters and it always say that my old name isnt registered. So im shit outa luck till someone with this problem comes along and gives some advice.

Having the same problem, probably have the IP ban now -.-

EDIT: Sry should have digged abit, just had to clear my browser cache, everything working now.
