1. If you're posting about nerfing something, you must have a character Lv. 15+ that is proficient and uses that weapon actively.

yeah that's my first look today into this forum and it's fucked up with stupid ideas.

If you want to make a serious topic, you have to know something about it, but as long as you've experienced it from the other side (i.e. have been shot by archers), you can still post your opinion, as long as it is a reply to another topic.
