Title: Strategus - When, how and why?

I have problem with strategus:

I know - strategus gone down, but any case i wanna know some thing new:
When strategus will work again?
How can I earn money?
How can i earn troops?
Can i have some +es from strategus in C-RPG?
P.S.
Guys, may be i wrong about C-RPG down? May be C-RPG is normal and i stupid? ;)

I could tell you how it used to be. But noone of us, normal players is aware of exact order of things after the BIG PATCH, which will come "when it's ready" With changelog being kept beyond reach of normal players, the only way to learn something true about future strategus is to read chadz 's official posts.

Yeah. Damn thing got me muted. So I accept chadz as my savior and swear that changelog never-ever existed.

Just do like everybody : wait... And hope...

You will know when it's ready, also you will have to learn in-game(like everyone), but the community will do report, feedback, guide, etc, to help each other.
