This guy was griefing over a lost round so immediately on the next round, when he was switched to my team, he teamattacked me 3 times in a row. I got to press M only once. He than complained that we both had the same banner.

Its ok , i didnt sorry hes always insult and report our ppl and in same time wear our baners when we team play, this man have no pride thats all.

If he does things to you or your clan, take a screenshot and report him.

Changing banners to the ones of big clans is sadly not forbidden so it's no reason to insult or hit him for that
