Just reuse the old system without gold (you could avoid upkeep with dueling for ages).

I'm actually becoming a terrible dueller because there's allmost no point to play that mode, although I used to like it...

make dueling worthwhile, why not give it a large chunk of xp per win?

Wouldnt that promote having 2 people where they kill eachother in turns?

With the old reward system you will still earn more xp on a normal server at x1 so I don't see who would leech on the duel server.

I would give as much xp as the average multiplier on battle gives. And this will be above 2(2.2 or something)

This means a kill should give about 2000xp*Generationmultiplier

Maybe slightly less, but this region. And maybe an idea to prevent abusing(not fighting the same person more then 2 times in a row)

Why not just make it a permanent x1?

Then it would be more effective to leech battle servers

It would be better to make a x2, because battle multiplier avaerage is above 2.

But the problem with this is, that you would get XP though you are idle all the time.

So I like the idea to have a multiplier of 2, but only for 3 minutes after a lost or successful duel.
