Hey there bud, let me start with apologizing for any inconvenience I may have caused you.
I spawned without realizing my default loadout had nothing saved. A friend dropped a short one handed battle axe shorty after, my mistake.
In the second screenshot I'm being teamkilled by Maciver, not the other way around. All is forgiven though as I'm positive it was an accident.

If it means anything I can also confirm that this was an accident. I was on Teamspeak with Cyranule for this exact map and in teamspeak he asked for a weapon from one of us since he accidently spawned with nothing on. I was gonna give him my Sword of War since I still had a lance on Cav but someone else gave him a weapon.
Edit - Not to mention I don't think you can get someone banned for having ONE screenshot of them naked. Mess up's like this happen. I know I've done it before in the past.

I have been banned for this. People have vouched and it was only for 1 round... (even though I played the whole night and just one "mess up")
Both screen shots were taken 3 seconds apart. There was no reason why you couldn't have walked to the battlefield and picked up a weapon off a dead person. Both you and him were fist fighting.
You did not intentional TK but the other guy did. Just goes to show that both of you did absolutely nothing the whole round at our spawn (Time was 5 minutes)
This was in the middle rounds of a map so don't give me that bullshit.
That's some pretty harsh language, sir. I'd appreciate it if we kept this civil.

I believe Cyranule's explanation, but regardless I will give a warning about in-game conduct, as I know Cyranule pushes the rules a bit sometimes.. almost like someone else in this thread. I let Noobie go with warnings, before they turned into bans, then excessively longer bans each time. Consider it the same approach here. Closing thread as you are all shit posting already
