Title: helmet shows on gear page but went missing from actual inventory

ok so my heavy strange war mask went missing from the inventory page but i can still select in on the gear page.
after i save it and go in game all my other stuff is there except the helmet.
I only have one outfit purchased and its is all selected and saved and it all appears in the inventory page and in game except my helmet/warmask.

Its been a few months since I played and I noticed that the webpage looks a little different in these respects too.


any help on getting my really expensive item back in game would be appreciated.

hi, i have the same problem, but its with my blue kettle helmet. The problem seems to appear after repairing an item.

+ i am now unable to buy the item back. clues anyone?

Same problem here. I have my swords and sheilds, but my helmet, boots, armor and gloves are switched to some other style in game.  on website, they are fine.

correction, my problems aren't on the website, but in game, different gear shows up.

any help would be great.

There used to be a problem where if you had too much in your inventory, some things wouldn't show up ingame. It's still in I believe... still happens to me.

I recommend you test by selling some of your cheaper stuff.

If the gear is in your inventOry add it to your saved equipment then join a gem it should be there after I have to do this all the tine because I own ao much gear
