I've spent alot of time collating ideas for this very project, although I have 0 coding skills I do have a layout of how I would develop something like this.

From crafting, area control, building and player advancement.

It's more of a group of ideas I've written down for my own MMO (purely medievil, no magic and shit).
(yeah, I know I'm a sad fucker), but it would translate well if coded into a m+b mod.

I think it is primarily the former turning into the latter, because I accepted the invitation and have received a whole whopping 0 more spam emails than what i normally received before accepting. :shock:

That's my guess since strategus has been neglected like a red-headed bastard step child.  I'm thinking they finally realized they're sitting on a gold mine and have been trying to make their own game based on strategus. 

Or I give them way too much credit and they're just making more equipment and pretty graphics for what already exists in crpg.
