Title: Am I banned?

while now i'm connection to NA CRPG 1 that battle sever, i always disconnect and I don't know why.
I just got this game days ago, do I need to do something like register or what to play in that server?
or it's just server's problem, not mine?

If you are repeatedly disconnecting then you problems could be:

1. You dont have enough ram: your computer is taking so long to load all textures that server is registering you as timing out.

2. Your connection is bad: Wireless internet, slow speed internet, are not designed for constant packet transfer.
