Title: Delay on overhead hits actually hitting
Post by: Teeth on March 09, 2012, 04:07:12 pm
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been surprised by getting hit by an overhead which animation already ended for quite some time. I think it happens to 2h mostly. Its been as bad as me releasing my overhead block because I thought it missed and having my next attack already starting when the late overhead hit killed me.

It doesn't happen that much, but it sure is frustrating occasionally.

you're not alone... it's like hit... ............................... die!

almost as insane as the stab for slow lance.

This is especially noticeable on slower weapons like the Great Maul.

And if the person is turning, their maul can already be all the way "down" (like into the ground) and they can turn and still get a hit on you.  Pretty lame indeed.

The point blank stabs too. They seem to be more common for me.
