Title: Fief Rate Change- Does not kick out Clan members

Right now if a clan owns a village, members of that clan do not have the pay the hourly fee to stay there


So then why when you change the fee does everyone including clan members get kicked out?

Can this be changed?

I agree, can be a nuisance. Good for checking how active some people are though.  :P
