Title: screen shaking bug any ideas?

on some maps when i look certain ways my screen glitches up and starts shaking rapidly from left to right and chat has after images of it going. not duplicates of chat but it looks 3d like theres an outline a little bit down from the msg any idea what causes this? also the shaking only tends to happen when looking certain ways. if i turn away from it no problems. and as for my computer i can play with 350 people on screen at once in vanilla with medium to high graphics so i dont think its from me having a bad comp maybe it is but idk

i get sometimes  some sort of line when i look left to right and that line passes from down to top. My resulution is low. :D

no its not somthing i do my screen basicly is trying to go 3d it rapidly twitches left and right by its self
