Hi,

made a cRPG frag video.
Mostly duels and 1 vs many fights. Features bad and good players.
Mind you this is my first video editing ever (ever (ever)).

It is true, just watching the video made me feel nervous too. It must be nerve-wracking to actually play like that. But that is the beauty of this video, it makes you feel what the Viberator feels, it places you in his shoes. All the great movies of our time involve the watcher emotionally: this one is no exception.

excessive unneeded effects
duels are boring noone want to watch duel footage.  If you arent 1v2+ we dont really care, unless of course its like a 10 kill streak

At the beginning of the video you take a good 10 seconds to kill a peasant, nub.

Btw, I never managed to feint that fast. My char does nothing when I click at that speed.

Good combination of high mouse sens, mouse movement, correct clicking tempo and loads of practice.

i don't see any particularly fast feinting, i see a lot of direction-switch spamming which i don't really consider a feint

When did you become a dancy agi whore? All you do is moving in and out range due to a zillion athlethics, not particularly interesting to watch. Still its a gameplay video, and I enjoy seeing how other people play this game.

Yeah, I recently pushed my mouse sens to the limit. Definitely helps with feinting and other things but I'm still dizzy because of it and easily loose orientation. When I get used to it I'm pretty sure I'll be more effective than before.

I only left one or two parts where I died. Lots of times my own team caught up with me and just ganked the guy I was fighting, didn't find that very interesting, so I cut it out. Movie was long enough anyway.

Always was I guess. I find blocking duels get me bored extremely fast so I tend to outrange (although longsword isn't the best weapon for this), spam, chamber, kick, whatever. Feints just don't work anymore.

Actually the video inspires me to use kicks more often.

I'm not using them because most of the time I fail to hit, and even if I do the time isn't enough for a quick slash.

Lol I would have appreciated it if you put some other duels of ours to the video too. Instead you put those 2 (or 3?) in which you won me and we had really some other good duels that day which were longer but I guess I won all of them then q_q. Hmm I should make a new video as well. Only problem is that my computer has crazy fps drops when I use fraps and the quality sucks ass :(. As you can see from my old video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohA373W5sc4), I make a lot of mistakes, backpedal A LOT and block badly because recording was a pain... Oh the times when I was playing with pure polearm infantry build and Bars still had his long voulge. He even borrowed that beast of a weapon to me at the round start when I was recording :).

The shielders are bad where or when you play.  I wish NA shielders were that easy to take care of.

Helpful video though; learned a little about how much to turn into a swing and when to kick.

This is how i like Frag videos / montages too. Some CoD montages i have come across use so many effects and editing that i just go crazy, can really make me nauseous.
