So.. wait, you lent a weapon to someone you didnt know enough and still trusted him? I would probably not lend anything to anyone if i didnt know them IRL.

From what Johnny told me is that noodles payed him a small amount of money for his plus 3 arbalest along time ago and said that later he will hook him up with some looms or money down the road. Which I guess never happened.

Johnny was just saying in chat (NA Community 1) that he bought it for Noods and just now was asking for something in return. For his gift.

Johnny's problem is that he trusts people too much, expects them to actually be equitable and not dastardly or rogueish about their transactions.

He was just doing what he learned in school and sounding it out in his broken english.

Edit: Really though, as sad as it is you can't trust a lot of people even though they should be more forthright.

What a naive world.  Must be nice to be so trusting.

There's a saying "No good deed goes unpunished"....don't be the sucker (be the suckee :D).

And his English was easy enough for me to understand...spell check will check for spelling, it won't check to see if you are using the right syntax of the word.

In an international community, people are really giving someone crap on broken English, even though it can be puzzled out with a mere second of thought? Amazing...

Well if 3/5 of the world spoke Portuguese, we'd learn it...but since they dont, your English should still be above a 3th grade level using the completely wrong verb

Well if your logic is like that.... shouldn't we all learn Mandarin or Indian?

Mandarin would make sense considering how much business is done in that language. India is arguably not enough of a global economic power player to warrant the same attention, though it does have raw population.

looks like you clearly missed your factions in math class, but yes most smart schools have started offering Chinese.  And Indians have too many dialetcs themselves plus they already know English.

1/5 != 3/5

Only problem with Mandarin is, that it's very difficult.
This makes it very ineffective, when you think in a Global perspective.

Also takes a lot of time to learn, while in English, you can be efficient within months.

wow how off topic as usual. IF noodles made a deal with the lad he should honor it.

Way to many of you asshats saying he was to trusting blah blah blah. Sucks that those are the responses instead of time taken to find out both sides of the story and the small community to put some pressure on to get this thing resolved correctly.

After long debate, the community came to a conclusion:
Give everyone a +3 Arbalest.

There was a misunderstanding between the two of them about if the heirloom is borrowed or a gift.

Anyway, they worked out a deal: Noodles came through and returned the heirloom even if he did not have to. He deserves some recognition for that. Johnny sent a little cash Noodle's way to sweeten the deal.

It's worked out, please delete this thread.

They should make CRPG slower paced, that way the fighting is more intense with all the blocking and arrow dodging. It could be like a medieval matrix. It doesn't have to be that much slower, maybe like 15% or 20% slower. This will also help EU and Asian players to not have a disadvantage when playing in NA servers.

Also maybe if you get several kills in a row, like 3 or something you can press CTRL and it gives you a rage power up where you swing and move faster.

3/5 should be changed to 3/5ths, otherwise you are saying "...if three-fifth of the world..." instead of "...if three-fifths of the world..."

By India I meant the country India (hence why I was mentioning economy), I never said Indian.
