Title: New to Strat: battle timing
Post by: Penitent on March 01, 2012, 05:56:51 pm
First, I've already adjusted the pages timezone to match mine.

I'm new to strategus and I'm wondering why the battles are at the times they are.  I'm a noob and I attacked another guy with 0 troops, and the battle says its set to take place at 10:30AM.  However, I work then.

Is there no way to have battles scheduled at a time you can actually play them?

Also, what happens if you don't arrive for the battle?  What if no one arrives?

Im new too but from what i gather if you attack them then the battle will take place 24 hours (same time u attacked them next day) but if that time falls under their "sleep period" then the battle will be moved ... im not sure how much it's moved, but thats how it works.

Thanks, that is helpful!  How does one set a sleep period?

Open strategus action menu. Should be beneath "you see other people scurrying around" if you are in a fief. Just look to the left.
