Title: Ban request el_hispano_extremenio

Today i played on the EU2 at 13:25 o'clock.

The player el_hispano_extremenio spawned without any weapons. I wrote in chat, that he must spawn with a weapon, but he ignored this.

Thank you for the report.
Because hes a new player, banned only for 24 hours.
