Title: The P.E.W. Project
Post by: Kafein on February 24, 2012, 12:41:38 am: I always tought sounds in cRPG were unrealistic. Especially that of bows and crossbows. So I made a sound mod that will hopefully make this mod more immersive.

You only need to extract, copy and replace into Mount&Blade Warband/Sounds. If you don't have steam to save you in case you don't like it/fuck something up, make a backup of the original files.

LOL... I can really imagine all those archers standing around making those cute little pew-pew sounds on there own :mrgreen:

Edit: could you please add them into a single zip file? You have wait on every single file to download.

I don't read anything in there, and this mod sounds like something worth reading.

Actually no. I found the pew and bursts on soundbible, and the lightsaber sounds were in a jedi sound pack.

I read the date of the post and I thought the current year is 2012 and I really felt I had already seen this post and this video a long time ago. Then I encountered a post of myself, which I had supposedly made three days ago, but I could not recall myself posting that. Took me at least two minutes to figure it out, gash I should go to sleep.

Anyway, a year later still a good thread.

Also honestly no_rules, no need to follow me on Youtube. Most if not all of the videos I uploaded are tests which never lead to anything. But I appreciate it :D

Post by: Lennu on March 04, 2013, 12:05:26 am: This is just hilarious. I didn't want all the sounds get crazy when there is buttloads of ranged around (=EU_1 24/7). So I only put in the PEW sounds from bow and xbow release.
