Title: Equipement not spawning

I just started playing today. I've purchased equipment online, and tried to equip ingame. Some have worked some has not. Throwing axes, head cloth, and boots will not spawn when I do. I can select them at round start, but they don't spawn when I do.

Do you meet the requirements to use them? Powerthrow for axes, strength for armor?

edit: Actually headcloth should be spawning
