So I recently tried to start playing again, but I found that I already have a main on my serial number, but I can't remember the password to delete it and make a new one.
So I go on an official server to reset my password, initially, I accidentally try to do it on a non official server, but text popped up to tell me this.
And when I went on the official server to get my new password, I get it, but when I try to login with it I get red text over the login boxes saying: "Invalid login or 5x wrong login."
(Without quotation marks)
When I try to login on an alt, I get the very same error, even though I know the password is correct, because I changed a few minutes ago because I thought I could change the pass on my alt and it would work to delete my main.

Your IP is probably blocked because of too many failed attempts and you need to wait 15 min.

Are you sure? I haven't had any failed attempts at all except when I tried to delete my main with the resetted password of my alt.

If you are sure the password is correct, yes. Just wait 15 min before you try again.

I just tried it and same thing, I'll try again after 15 mins.

Just tried it again with both accounts and it didn't work.

Someone is using your key,and he is trying to get his acc back,same as you. Say goodbye to your key.

here is the tip for you. Go in game,press this buttons q,m,p and then y. this will resset your password adn get u new one.

I've always had this key.. How can someone be using it?

I have changed the password one my main and tried to login with it but I still get the same error, is my IP permanently tagged as trying to hack into my own account?
