Title: How far can you get?

I just played this really freaking freaky game.

Haha 82...wasn't particularly interesting or scary and took way to long to get there. I'm impressed you made it to 257 without getting bored.

I am not planning on playing any freaky game, because I feel like sleeping tonight :lol:

Anyways I read through this (http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-087), but I don`t get what they are talking about.

There's nothing scary it's just boring.

I kept on going till around 140 floor (Was fed up at around 40-50) then that thing appeared and the game crashed or something.

Not going to do it again it was already a struggle going down that same stair for that many times

That thing appearing/closing the game was the point  :P

So unless I got it right if that thing appears you have to stand still or what? (I read all 3 pages)

I was a little curious on what would happen at the 257 floor but not going to do it again any time soon I was barely even watching the screen when that spirit showed.

Btw how many floors there is? I tried checking the site with the information but it doesn't seem to be linked with the download the OP gives so I couldn't search for answers.

Well in the documents in the link that Serfonz posted it said that the female person got to something like the 450th floor before the little girls cries got closer rather than always being the supposed '200m' away. Then the 'thing' appeared behind her and had been following her rather than in front like the previous people. As to whether this can actually happen, no idea.

On that note...what little girls cries? It goes on and on about them in the documents, but I just get random background noise that slightly changes/gets louder the further you go  :P

I just read this comment on youtube "I made it down to Floor 31 then saw the monster sitting on the landing staring up at me. So I jumped over it and went as quickly as I could down the stairs for another dozen or so floors, started to relax because I couldn't hear the monster behind me anymore. At Floor 70 I stopped, turned around to see that the monster was right behind me and then actually dropped my lap top on my pillow. I'm not sure how long its going to be before I can play this game again..."

I had to try the game myself, I was really concentrating and then suddenly I heared this really loud sound and just smashed my esc button :lol:

Tried it out again now jumping from stairway to stairway makes you go down faster than walking round and round.

Anyways at around floor 15 the spirit was waiting for me around the corner but I jumped the stairway and kept going down. Every few floors I checked my back just incase it was following me but nothing, then at around floor 95 the spirit was waiting for me again near a corner and the stupid character got stuck on some invisible wall while jumping and fell infront of the ghost = lost.

Meh, still jumping instead of walking down the stairs takes less time.
