Title: Can't skip the fun

Im trying to make an STF character but Im getting the whole "You cannot use this option currently" text. I last tried to make one on Feb 7, so its been more than a week now. I just deleted that one today. Does it make you wait a week since you deleted the previous character? That should be changed if that's the case imo.
