Title: trading loompoints.

can anyone explain to me how that shit work,and why is it matter how much person have str,power draw,shield skill..?

you cannot trade loompoints in their most basic ways, what you do is you buy the item from the guy for 1 gold (approx, if he wants to loom from +1/+2 to +2/+3), then you retire, loom that item and then you resell it to the other guy for the money (well, the money is moved at some point during the transaction, depending on the trust in the other part).
So to heirloom an item, you need the requirement (shield, str, PD, PT, riding, etc)

So if i understand you well if i have 18 str or 15 str,and i used polarms and i want to retire i can't loom great maul or war horse or some shield or crossbow?
So i just can loom polearms that are in my str range?

No, you can heirloom any weapon in your str range. There is no skill requirement for close weapon.
