I don't even remember the guy's name, I just remember that he teamhit me three times, so I had to assume he was an enemy and defend myself, since anymore and I would have died.  Guy got me down to around 1/4th health, it was only rational to defend myself.

I died anyway, thanks to whiteknighter teammates thinking some idiot killing his own friendlies is in the right.

I do not see that name banned on the official servers, try community or check EU servers to see if your ban is global.
