Title: Heirloom Bug

So I just retired about a hour ago and loomed my x1 Heavy Lance, therefore it should've boosted to x2. However it still appears as "Tempered Heavy Lance". Also it doesn't appear ingame in my inventory at all

This is a really common bug with +2 polearms. Once you loom it a third time it will function normally. For now, just equip it on the website and it will show up in game.

OMG... could they please fix this, there has been like a hundred threads about this now.
