Title: melee damage multipliers for body parts, anyone have them? +speed bonus q

i heard that head is supposed to be 1.5x but im looking for facts. any dev fill us in?
also whats the max achievable speed bonus on foot in crpg? 150%?

I think it goes like this
Head 150%
Body 100% ( including arms and strangely feet, unless the feet were fixed without me realising )
Legs 50%

Of course the ranged damage for head shots is higher.

Head: 1.2 multiplier
Body: 1.0 multiplier
Legs: 0.8 multiplier

I'm pretty sure it was like this before last patch. They've probably changed it.

Head is 8.58734
Body is probably something like 18
And feet are -5^8

Last patch changed some stuff. They reduced damage to legs (I believe), and arms now also take reduced damage.

This.  I'm no coder, I can barely get 'Hello World' running without some parsing error.  However, I do recall it being mentioned (in the .270 release thread) that limb bones now have reduced damage for melee and ranged.  But you can cut a horsie's legs out from under him, so s'aaaaaawwwlll guuuuuud.
