Title: Not able to download maps

On the community server, when some maps come up it will kick me out of the server. When I try to join while the server is on one of these maps, it will show the map at 0% downloaded, then say unable to connect to the server.
I have tried completely reinstalling everything and it did not fix the problem, please help.

We had that happen for strat battles a week ago.
Sadly only a server restart did fix it.
