Title: Beg for a coin

I was led to believe that beg for a coin did something...

I was told that it blocks all payment. ie rents from being paid.

I walked into a town at 6:59 pm looked thought 100$ gee thats awesome, clicked to leave and coped the 100 gold fine.

I had beg for a coin turned on.

If beg for a coin does not work like this please set it to do so. Its bloody crazy! It should work like that. Your not "renting" any space to do anything. Maybe make it last 12 hours or something.

I think this only works if you have less than 100 coins

Well then, I think a change is in order. 12 hours of safty.

Change it to "sanctuary!" gives you 12 hours of immunity to from fees and/or being booted out of the fief.
