Title: Is the Marketplace down?

Couldn't find a related thread. I saw a new marketplace format, but "no offers" for anything. My character is a Main. Is the market under renovation?

EDIT: Got it, thanks! I have to set search criteria to the right to find anything, but it's a LOT easier now!

Yes, it actually was.
Offers only show your offers.
The marketplace button will show you the offers you can accept and you can switch around some filters.

Just check it out, you will get into it.
Way better than before.
