That's right, I'm officially starting my own Rageball team. The team is based in the Nordic capital, Sargoth, but all EU players are welcome to apply regardless of clans. Mains, alts, doesn't matter, the only requirement for now is that none of our players are allowed to belong to another Rageball team on any character.

With this project I'm trying to create a new dynamic with new, dedicated teams for Rageball enthusiasts instead of having everything drawn along pre-established clan lines.

The future for this is a bit uncertain, but I hope other teams will start popping up soon, and we'll be able to hold matches, trainings, and maybe even start up that Rageball league people have been talking about. But first we need teams, so that's why I'm going to start building mine right now! We'll hold tryouts to find out which applicants can play, players I know to be good at Rageball can get in without tryouts.

Each player will be assigned a position on the field: Goalkeeper (GK), Defender (DF), Midfielder (MF) or Forward (FW). Right now I'm thinking 10-man teams plus goalies, like in association football. Recruitment target is set around ~20 so that we'll be reliably able to play matches with substitutes available.

As there is no Guard-Team as of yet, I'd like to apply here as GK :D With 24 Str (at least on my main) I can throw the ball far enough from the goal to start a quick counter.

i am not sure if i'll be online at that time, but let's see if i can drop by for a while. btw you have to organize a cheerlady team tryouts too, every man needs a good motivation

There will be more tryouts later, you're definitely not going to be the only one who won't make tomorrow.

This Friday (tomorrow): group play!

All players invited to show up around 20 GMT again to try some plays together on a public rageball server. Since the team doesn't have its own banner yet, we'll use the Nordmen banner for now.

Today will live in infamy. While trying to clear the ball to safety, Urist scored an own goal and killed his team's x3! I guess he must have felt the sting of shame, because he quit the server instantly after that. :lol:

Im not rly playing c-rpg much anymore, but i am playing rageball a little bit. So i made an alt just for Rageball, which has got a great 9/30 build.
