I would like to nominate Ozin to take over lead development for cRPG.  Based not only on the idea of rageball, and it's flawless inception (except for a couple minor ball spawning bugs that were quickly dealt with), but also the fact that every update there has been changes made that incontestably have improved it every single time.  I would like someone like him to take over this sinking ship because when someone is consistently steering into an iceberg you tell them to fuck off and then you replace them, you don't tell them that the wailing of the doomed passengers on board are actually fans shouting boo-urns.

Furthermore, I would like precautions taken against him getting sucked up into the cRPG "elite" and getting constantly sucked off by the people who either a)don't play the game (chadz), or b)care more about their own station in this awful shit community than they do for the players who are decreasingly playing it.

chadz apologists need to stop covering up for him!  Saying, "at least he's not as bad as einstein" isn't good enough anymore!  That's like saying, "at least it's only HIV."  We don't want fixes for the screw ups that he makes, we want improvement!  We don't want passive-aggressive one liners that don't address issues,

You know, rageball was created through a fey mood, a burst of motivation. But it is not the standard workrate. Motivation will end, I'm actually surprised chadz kept it for so long. Ozin has created one artifact, chadz several dozen. And he keeps going.

I'm not sure you're arguing for chadz here at all.  It's almost as if you're saying he's a burned out hack, but there's a good chance someone new will burn out eventually so why bother trying at all.
