The bar mace, long iron mace, and studded warclub were blocked from being used on horseback back when they still had crushthrough. They haven't had crushthrough in ages, so (hopefully) there's no reason they can't be used on horseback again. Damage-wise, a bar mace's 35 blunt damage is roughly on par with the morningstar's 38 pierce and the bardiche's 46 cut.
Yaaay for variety!

I can only approved!

+1 For 2h Cav variety.
-
Goedendag and Long Iron Mace - I think it's ok for 2H cavalry
Bar mace - it's already good as it is (it has + 14 reach in comparison with Morningstar) so leave this weapon for footmans only

Do it!

If I start get knocked down by 2h cav who never touched me with their horse, I might just pop a blood vessel.
-
Well 1h cav can already do it so why 2h can't?
-
I could use variety in how cavalry rape me.

would be nice to see these as viable options for 2h cav instead of longsword or morningstar
-
ofc yes
-
the persian axes can be used from horseback with devastating results but the pumpkin on a stick cannot. Give it the buff it deserves it was always intended to be a cav weapon.
-
Yes, yes, yes. It was removed from horseback use because of crushthrough. Then that was removed from it.
-
I agree but not the bar mace just the long iron mace cuz that weapon needs some more love

Yes, that would be very nice. Bar Mace needs some love, and it is definetly not too long or powerful for using it on a horse.
