Title: Ban Request Ethshako

This guy repeatedly team hit me, and continued to team hit people in retaliation to anything that annoyed him for several games in a row.  I saw him not moving for at least 10 secs after spawning, so gave him a kick as I ran by to see if he was afk, dealing no damage.  If he hadn't moved, I would have reported him as leaching/being afk
