Story


In the beginning Tetris created the Heaven and the NA SoA, NA SoA was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep and the spirit of Tetris moved upon the face of the waters. Tetris said, "Let there be an EU Division": and there was an EU Division. Tetris saw the EU Division, that it was good: and Tetris divided the EU Division from the NA. Tetris called the NA Day, and the EU he called Night. The evening and the morning were the first day.

To be honest we are friends shanks, But the clan was falling apart and to be honest  you shouldn't be upset due to  I didn't play CRPG much longer mate so it was going to happen sooner or later.
Now I only play M&B like 10hours amonth so don't be so upset on that matter.

IMO, fix the banner. Remove all that glossy crap in the emblem and on the background, they look like fancy drapes from 18th century.

And the colours are a bit ugly too, but that bit is preference so no offense meant.

Heraldic banners were mass produced or sown by each soldier's relatives or spouses or whatever, they were of simple fabrics with motiffs.

Just saying, some aesthetics couldn't hurt.

The reason I don't get involved is because every time I go to I always hear "we gotta do this for this clan, we got to give this to that clan" or "we lost a village, someone else already claimed our land"

First the gay cowardly precores took out first plot, then we got attacked by olwen and legio then took over it to "protect it" only to actually lose it. I know you guys have a couple villages now but their all over the place not together where it would be easier to defend.

IMO SoA will never do well in strat purely because although its got a few good people like you shanks, micah and teresa as well as callum however thats it really maybe like 1-2 others but thats all. not enough to do much really. as for trusting the turks and templars AND mercs..... in my eyes that was just a bad call

Not saying that but you have friends in fallen and GK who are would of helped but you go help mercs templars and turks.... Yeah your right you got to start some where But I don't think that was a good choice and as for me not helping mercs, kapis or templars even If I did you think they would of helped? all three clans always do Okish mercs used to dominate in strat.... well used to atleast.

I don't understand why you chose to help those three clans when you know good people in other clans. And im not  saying you would of had to do everything alone. Like I said above there are plenty of other clans we have friends in that would help SoA out.

we grabed what we could get.And now we got the full Support of the Easternblock.
If we would have fought for our starting Fiefs we would  have soonish NONE and would have been cutted of any Help

Hunter, when the Nords screwed us over for our starting fiefs, the Templars and Kapis were the only ones to outright offer us support and fiefs, No other clan cared and if you were involved form the beginning and didn't come in for 5 minutes, hear half a discussion then leave, you'd know that. Also, instead of complaining about it AFTER it's happened, you were more than welcome to add input when it was all happening, give your ideas, say what you liked and didn't like etc, but you didn't, that's on you.

Cold Front Alliance(CotgS, Les Trois Lys, Wolves) did offer fiefs too and still stand to our first offer. Ask Shanks or Micah about details. So yes you guys have people who care about you.

Hunter your ignorance in relation to strategus diplomacy is astounding for one who claims to be making soem kind of reasoned decision to leave his clan.  Our relations with SoA in the past have only dealt with Tetris the deceiver, certainly working with you again was at one time out of the question.  Thankfully we are able to move on and realize that times change, in this strategus we have worked with you and at no point attempted or planned to alienate or attack your clan.  We've even gone as far as to give you a fief in compensation for your losses in a war that we didn't start but were involved.  We fought for your cause against the Nordmen and have attempted at all times to secure your position and assist in your clans success.  If you had any idea of the diplomatic goings on you'd realize that these 'friends' in GK / Fallen are also working with the faction you so belittlingly referred to.

I would rather appreciate if you stopped throwing around such slurs about my clan before I take a personal disliking of you.

I think that everyone in the eastern block are pretty much friends or find each other sympathetic in general, while in the western block there is some unrest and disrespect lately.

Hunter, you're jumping out of a boat that just left the docks. Not one that is sinking. SoA seems to be working their way up, slowly and steadily. You guys just need more members. So if anyone is bullying SoA, Hunter, it's you.

I for one look forward to work together with SoA, "Turks" (those guys are a least reliable and have always been - show some respect to Kapikulu), Templars, GK, HRE and Fallen, as well as our Russian counterparts in SB and PeaceBreakers. Oh and the French connection or whatever. Oh and Wolves, whatever they're contributing with ATM.

So Hunter, seems like you're not gonna have many battles to participate in, innit'.

I'm speaking as a member of the Eastern Block, not as a Merc. Every faction has their own agenda, that has nothing to do with the current block war (that will never end, basicaly WWI situation with trench wars etc). Call me ass kisser or "diplomatic" but that is my viewpoint from this side of the war. I did not feel Hunter's views were any where near the reality of the situation.

you mean the strategy of having 4 villages across the map, so if two are attacked at the same time you can't help both and will lose one and even by pure luck you managed to keep them you would be seriously effected to the point it would take a very long time to recover from.

The fact that the first we've heard of you regarding your real opinions about this strat is you talking down about us on our own public page says a lot about the type of "loyal" member that you are.

Unlucky i will not be able to play again before February..internet here is a total crap: most of the times i can't neither listen a song on youtube (and of course i can't neither use skype). I also tried to play crpg, but my ping arrived around 900 and then i got disconnected (lol i also killed someone before i got disconnected, i don't have idea how).

Yea it pains me too to leave, also other guys, but the clan is like a ghost these last months (for example: people playing crpg, but their steam showing they are idle or not online at all). And for me personally, some people have been very cold toward me lately (indirectly showing me they don't want me here anymore), but I don't want to dig farther in to that. My decision is final.

Ohh my!!! SoA really is dead if Tealy has decided to leave :) So Yes SoA is officially dead. You heard it her first folks. well not exactly dead. I will of course always represent SoA on the field of battle, and any of you other lonesome fiends who wish to remain :). I have have too many great times with you all and feel great pride wearing my Aegis. Atm I am mostly playing Planetside 2, and cRPG part time. But SoA has many lives, as soon as Warband 2 or chadzventures comes out who knows what will happen :). Apart from that good luck to all ex SoAers, we will sure meet in game. I will most likely be shooting you with damegeless arrows :).

Afraid to say i'm leaving SoA I feel like its been a love relationship, so its not you its me. :3

Nah in all seriousness i'm afraid i'm leaving SoA since I've got bored of cRPG and have been inactive for at least a month or maybe longer and won't have much time in the future to play it, since i will be going college soon and i'm just starting up a Native/PWmod clan with a few people which i have big hopes for, so there wont be much room for cRPG in my life :3 I may play from time to time and if i see you then i'll still play with you guys (obviously) I've had some whacky times with SoA, but all good things must come to an end as they say.

Maybe the admins just have something against SoA, liek the time Mustikki banned Minjy for playing agi rondel my old friend (before it was mainstream).

No warning, speccing, nothing (and I still play exactly the same way, 100s of maps since then, with all the admins on) - just instaban.

Aww noes, just saw this.

Well, it's been a good run, and honestly the most fun i've had on this game has been those memorable late night trolling sessions, the -50 average scores and the voice spam, hugging and not killing eachother on opposite teams and much more  :cry:.  We've had a lot of ban requests or bans by sad nerds, but it always made us stronger  :wink:

Before the end of the month then, i'll try and dig up some of the fun screens and post a few!

P.s. Just lol'd when looked at my character screen and saw Minjy was still called Kapikulu_Armitage_Shanks...well, it's an idea for you mate ;)

Now that the Sovereignty is officially disbanding I shall take my leave as well. Even if i wasn't a "very old" member, the 1,5 years in SoA was very fun and the only thing that i regret is that this clan is dying (or maybe is already dead)..i wouldn't never quit otherwise.
