Title: Ban request for Vanguard_Kamehameha

In a group fight, Vanguard_Kamehameha hurt me a little with his throwing lance, and I didn't mind too much, and reported it with M as a warning.

He then started hitting me sporadically throughout the next few rounds. He was also just being an asshat in general towards other players.

Other than that reported warning with M, this went unprovoked. This happened on NA_1 battle server.
