when I playing game,after die , I was waiting game starting,then I banned,thats enough fixed it ...

You were banned for leeching for two days, your current unban is scheduled for 31.01.2012 19:35:01.

This is the 5th time you get banned so it's kinda up to the person who banned you if this is extended to an essay ban or not.

The admin who banned you will comment on this when he gets the time.

It's a warning for you that next time you do this you will have to write an essay or be permanently banned.
If you feel threaten by it - the warning was successful i guess.
