Looming for these weapons is pointless.
They both gain +1 speed on the second looming. But speed has no real value with a couching weapon, it may as well go down in speed by 1 for all its worth.
So what I think should happen is this, +1 = +1 dmg +2 = +2 dmg +3 = +2 dmg.
That way it gives it some balls at least, well bigger balls.
40 Peirce dmg off the back of a speeding champion Courser would be barn explodingly mental.
And as you can see its a very pressing issue, it should take precedence! Over everything!

How many enemies need second couche with Great lance?

I think the real issue is that those are useless even if you upped their damage to 600 :P

How many enemies need second couche with Great lance?
The numbers would actually surprise you. It's not often but it does happen that people survive a couch from a great lance. It started when they changed the soak value of armour.
