Title: Apparent duel bug

I was dueling Chasey today... there we noticed something annoying... whenever Chasey killed my horse the near-dead (I wish :( ) Chasey regained full health. WTH?

You gotta be kidding me, it's extremely retarded... I gotta get their horse on low hp, then try to kill them and if I get down to low health quickly kill their horse... seems quite a bit lame to me.
