And therefore I suggest in the spirit of chadz, the Slayer of Native and Cancer of Warband, to extend his own laws not only to his children, the kings of men, the admins of EU.
I say, that not only should admins be judged on their ability. Commoners should be judged on their ability to speak.
In other words:
Any person can nominate another person for either ban or mute on servers or forum for x amount of time.
This has to be seconded by 15 unique other persons.
Then a vote shall be held, and if so decided by the majority, the sentence suggested by the original nominee, shall be imposed on his victim.
What say you?

Yes.

We should also reserve a little area where we can stone people that we don't like!

Yeah, if you get banned in this way your character becomes a permanent addition to the dual server, standing by the gallows next to a pile of rocks for people to practice pegging you with.

The basic idea is that users (players) have a say in admining the forum and the game.
Purpose is, like that of the admin aboze forum, to prevent that users abooze their voice and their speech.
As there are few guidelines in “behavior-that-is-unacceptable” the first item is to make cases, where the users agree this behavior is unacceptable.
There are two platforms on which the users can achieve this goal, and while the methods to achieve a verdict is the same, they must be remembered as distinct. A user punished for a crime on one platform, is not on another.
The two platforms currently is the cRPG forum and EU servers.
How to:
1) First cases must be presented where a user asks that another user be punished because of a given act. He must argue why the act of the accused is punishable and why the accused is guilty
2) It must then be accepted by the community that the act is against the good of cRPG and that the accused has commited the crime.
To do so, 15 unique users must voice their agreement that the act is criminal
3) A vote is then held where 2/3 agrees that the user has committed a crime. If the needed majority so decides that the accused is guilty and that the act is punishable precedens has been created.
4) Another user can accuse another user of a precedent crime, and there is no need for nominees. A vote will be held, and if 2/3 majority decides the accused is guilty he is convicted. Nomination phase can be skipped.
5) When the Accused as been convicted another vote is held, where punishment is assigned. The punishment with most votes is imposed, if ties, punishment with precedence is assigned or least harsh punishment.
Punishment:
Warnining: If a user receives a warning an admin may mute/ban the player for 1-2 weeks if the user is caught doing the act of which he is condemned again.
Mute/ban for 1,2 & 3 weeks or 1 & 2 months: The user may argue after half his time Is up to be released early. This is solely decided by admins (informed by the public).
Permanent mute ban: what it says, except that the user may argue his case and be unmuted after 2 months if so decided by the admins.
The admins are specified by chadz.
