Posting only for discussion: would i really bounce off almost any actual armor?

I think so...
You have to keep in mind that you will do CUT damage(I am sure you know that).
When I played an archer I started to do considerable damage wehn I had khergitbow and PD 7 or so.
And as far wpf does not increase damage I would not go for this build.
Furthermore you will get higher accuracy with PD higher then the bows requirement.

i personally think that this build would suck and be so boring since you won t do much (if any damage) to people and u would just spend ur time running away from everything as u have no PS either.

I have tried something simmilar and it was a completely failure. I do not recommend.
Forget aiming . That is the past.

Have fun bouncing arrows off anything above cloth.

If you wanted to do something extreme like that, it'd be alot more fun and reasonable to have:
Lvl 30
Strength: 30
Agility: 12
Converted: 14
Athletics: 3
Power Draw: 10
Weapon Master: 4
Archery: 139
If you can heirloom a masterwork khergit bow and maybe heirloom bodkin arrows once for the larger bag, you would be a tank archer. Have fun experimenting!

With a build like that you will only hit people in close range, and throwing is much better for such purpose.
-
Nah, with a khergit bow you should be fairly accurate at 139WPF actually.

Yup. Also remember that I said Masterwork. That'll give you a slight accuracy boost as well (from 95 to 97). Sure you won't be able to snipe, but if you wanna be a Light Archer, that's not your motive.
Also Punisher, I disagree that throwing would be better. Not only will your arrow fly faster but with 10 PD and around 35 ammo in your quiver, you would be much better off with a bow.

You are converting an extra 6 points just to get 1 more weaponmaster , which equates to +11 wpf at that point. It's not worth it, as you can stay 9 agility and use those 7 (6 converted +1 less weaponmaster) to put into powerstrike or ironflesh or even be funny and put 5 in riding and 1 in horse archery. Or put another 3 into strength and 1 into powerdraw, though thats eems a waste too. 14 extra hitpoints or ability to do real damage in melee seem far more important, especially as your slow athletcism means you will be forced to melee combat pretty often.

Good point Kesh. After a little tweaking, I came up with this instead.
Lvl 30
Strength: 30
Agility: 9
Converted: 8
Power Strike: 10
Power Draw: 10
Weapon Master: 3
Archery: 132
Since he said he's gonna be a light archer, I figured he wouldn't really need heavy armor and no athletics would be necessary. With 10 PS and a katana, you should be able to 1-2 hit a tincan and 1-hit all others.
