Title: Need Admin Help!!!

I deleted all my chars(and main too) can admins make the char which left  as the main?

Sorry to say that but they most probably will not do that for you :(

It says when you pick the main that it is a permanent pick and only way to get a new main is to delete the old and make a completely new character.

Probably because of some action that is unwanted. I have never been kicked and have played 800 hours. So it is probably not just because of unluck.
