Title: Renaming All Weapons to Proper Names

I already made one post about the Awlpike being renamed but I think there are still a few more weapons which have Native Names which are based on real weapons.

I don't know many weapons that need renaming so maybe people can reply with the ones they know.

I know that the Long Hafted Blade is a Guan Dao (Well I think) So maybe the Hafted Blade and Long Hafted Blade can be renamed to the Gaun Dao and the Long Gaun Dao. ??

So any other weapons that can be renamed?

Good idea, I would like to see all of the native faction names replaced with a group that used similar armor. Some of the Saranid names could be replaced with Saracen for example.

yeah getting sword of cookies back would be superio...

but yeah... does not sound too bad, not all that nessessary, but then again its not like us playing this would be anyway nessessary on many scales of things...

Is it me or is the Black Helmet a Barbutte?

I searched Barbutte and a load of Helmets that look like Black Helmets but aren't black came up.

I wouldn't mind items being renamed to be more proper, though simple names like "Great blade of getting people killed" is easier for me to remember than "Hurkalagooshmapelnaschtermul" and crap like that.

Some stuff that could be changed:

These two I thing should definatly be changed
Strange Armour TO Samurai Armour. <-- MUST DO THIS. IF STRANGE SWORD WAS CHANGED TO KATANA, IT MAKES SENSE
Long Hafted Blade and Hafted Blade TO Guan Dao <-- Most Native weapons have been changed to historical names, Why not these? Esspecially because more historical weapons are getting added.

These are not that important but could still be good
Red Tassel Spear TO Qiang <-- Qiang is chinese for spear. That spear is definatly a chinese spear
Some bows maybe rename them? Khergit bow could be Recurved Bow? Composite Bows? I'm not sure.

I like the native names. I am used to them now.
And there is no Persia in Calardria but there are Sarranids.

not 100% sure but i think the long hafted blade is a naginata, while the hafted blade a guan dao.

Well the Naginata is very similar to the Gaun Dao, but like all other weapons which were made for the Khergits are Chinese.
