couple of my clanmates claim that voice overs are working and people are using them however im not able to nor do i hear them. anyone else?

You have to press q once to be able to hear them.
But you only do that once, be sure :p
OR
If you did just download, chadz did just remove the sounds, as they might be copyrighted, you might come to late and will never get the limited sound file edition
