Title: New crpg launcher help, "failed to initialize"
Post by: Banok on January 14, 2012, 05:32:12 pm
my bro just bought warband on steam. I told him to download crpglauncher and just run it, but it says "failed to initialize" for him (windows xp). I also said try puting the exe in warband folder then run. is this the wrong way to install crpg? or is this some other kind of bug

Put that thing in the Mod Folder, tell him to do that.

Also, he might need some .net framework or something like that.

It doesn't matter where you put it (at least on my machine). And Christo probably thought of the crpg folder. But no idea why it won't work :(

And Christo probably thought of the crpg folder.

But of course.

But of course.

why would you even have a crpg folder if you are installing it for first time? this is why I feel like we are missing a step here...
