Title: Poll and Admin enhancment

is there a way to see a sort of this poll/admin modification in crpg?
i think is quite good and admins can send messages directly to the player in the center of the screen instead with purple text in general chat , polls aren't disturbing combat (thing that i hate) and could be skipped with the abstain button if you don't want to vote.

Press ESC and the poll goes away without you voting.
