Title: [Not confirmed] First generation with less than 10k gold, no repairing cost.

I heard someone said in other forum, if your charactar is first generation, and has less than 10000 gold, than no matter how good equipments you are using, the system will not charge you repairing cost. No matter what level the charactar is.
So, if you have 2 CD-KEY...

Under level 22 on gen 1 you are charged no upkeep fee. It used to be level 26 but people would just stay under level 26 permanently. Also if you respec the effect is gone as well.

what they said was in gen 1, gold under 10000, no matter what level, there is no upkeep fee.
not only under level 26

i am telling you that is crap you heard. i have multiple characters,and i get repairs even if i have lower then 10k gold.

Well, obviously, duh, what would be the point of upkeep, if you couldn't run out of gold?

they mention it must be 1st gen, and less than 10k gold. the point is, if someone has 2 cd-key, then use one to keep the gold, it can gain gold really fast, and use the best equipment
